with a $1 service fee, however they can not be mailed within 7 days of the event date.
Tickets can be picked up at the Belcher Center Box Office Monday through Friday 10 to 5, or at the
Will Call office 1 hour prior to show time.
Q: What do I need
to pick up my tickets?
A: Present a valid photo

ticket reflect a different price than I paid?
A:
The face value ticket is less any service or mail fees that may
apply.
Q: What does
"Will Call" mean?
A:
Will call is simply an option for obtaining your tickets. The
choices when purchasing, are having them mailed (provided there is ample mail time and
you choose to pay the $1.00 mailing fee.), pick up at the Box office during normal business hours
or Will Call, which means you will pick up your tickets at the Will Call window inside the theatre
lobby just before performance time…you must present a valid photo I.D. when picking up your
tickets.
Q: Do I get a
refund if I don't use my tickets?
A: We do not refund tickets that
have been purchased. However tickets purchased for Belcher Center events may be exchanged for
another event within the same series up to 48 hours prior to the event for which you have
tickets. An exchange fee will apply. If you cannot attend an event, you may give your
tickets to someone to use or donate them back to the Box Office for use by a LeTourneau
student.
Q: What if I lose my
tickets?
A: Please make sure that when you
purchase your tickets, you put them in a safe place. If you prefer, you can designate that
they be held at Will Call to be picked up day of the event with a valid photo-id.
Shows
Q: What time do
the shows usually start?
A: Matinee performances typically
begin between 3 and 4 pm, with evening performances typically beginning between 7 and 8 pm.
We suggest you check our website for show specifics.
Q: Typically how
long are the performances?
A: Our performances are usually 2
hours long with a 15-20 minute intermission in the middle.
Q: What should I
wear to the theater?
A: Dress varies by event.
However a good rule of thumb is dressy casual to semi-formal in attire.
Q: Are your shows
appropriate for children under the age of 3 years?
A: The Belcher Center prides
itself on bringing family-friendly shows to our area. However we discourage bringing children
too young to appreciate our shows. In addition, if you do decide to bring your child, every
person must have a ticket, even a lap child, and you may be asked to step into the lobby should
your child become disruptive.
Q: What if I am
late for the show?
A: If you are late, one of our
ushers will seat you in the back of the theater so as not to interrupt the enjoyment of other
patrons. At earliest intermission, you may proceed to your ticketed seats.
Q: Will there be
refreshments available at intermission?
A: For most events, the answer is
yes, but this varies from event to event. Regardless, no food or beverage is allowed in the
theater itself at any time.
